PE Floating Rings, Dredging Pipe/Hose Float Collars

We are providing a variety of floating devices for steel dredging pipe floats (hose collars) . Modular floatation system used by dredging companies all over the world because of its unique features and famous reliability, corrosion free and low maintenance. Blueway Marine dredging and pipeline ring floats are designed considering reduced operativity and maintenance costs. Standard ring floats are composed of two empty half shells and can be filled with closed cell PU foam on specific customer request. The are connected to the pipe by galvanized steel plates, nuts and bolts. 

At present, our main product is PE Float Ring. Dredging float collars are generally moulded by a high wear resistant LMDPE. The design is set up to achieve a strong but flexible float. Many different types of pipe floats are available to suit requested application. These dredge hose float are mainly used in offshore dredging, oil area.  

Blueway dredging floats are available for pipe diameters 150 till 1.000 mm in two materials:

• semi rigid PE for normal conditions
• extremely flexible PE for harsh conditions

Blueway Dredging Float Collar hinged types:
For pipe diameter 600 -1.000 mm. Designed for heavy applications, with solid places of assembly and registered assembly shoot in 100% corrosion free construction.

Blueway Dredge Float Collar small sizes:
For pipe diameter 150 550 mm. Designed for medium and smaller applications. 2 halve cylinders, c/w stainless steel or hot dip galvanised assembly material.

Blueway Dredging Float Collars bi-conical types
For pipe diameter 200 400 mm. Designed with conical edges for medium and smaller applications in limited space working areas.
